How do I cancel my streaming account if I have PayPal subscription?

Solution

You can cancel your PayPal subscription from your transaction history. Note: PayPal Subscription can be canceled up until the day of the next scheduled payment.

To cancel an Active PayPal Subscription follow this steps:

• Log in to your PayPal account.
• Click the History subtab.
• Choose the Subscriptions field from the Show dropdown menu.
• Check the From box and change the date back 2 years.
• Click Search.
• To view the details of a specific Subscription Creation, click Details in the Details column.
• At the bottom of this page, click Cancel Subscription.

How do I change my credit/debit card or bank account used to pay for my CrossDigital Ltd subscription?

Solution

• All your payment details are maintained through your PayPal account. You can log on to PayPal at anytime to change your subscription payment details.
• WARNING! If you delete a credit/debit card or bank account from your PayPal account before you have updated your Subscription Funding Source, your subscription and account will be automatically cancelled. To avoid this, follow the instructions below to correctly update your Subscription Funding Source.
• To change a Subscription Funding Source you must find the transaction for the original subscription in your account history. If you are changing your funding source to a new credit card or bank account, please add the credit card or bank account first by going to your Profile.

You can then follow the steps below to change the Subscription Funding Source:

• Log into your account at https://www.paypal.com
• Click the ‘History’ sub tab.
• Choose the ‘Subscriptions’ field from the ‘Show’ drop-down menu.
• Check the ‘From’ box and change date back 2 years.
• Click ‘Search’.
• To view the details of a specific ‘Subscription Creation’, click ‘Details’ in the Details column for your CrossDigital Ltd subscription record.
• Next to Subscription Funding Source, choose the future payment option by placing a bullet next to the preferred option for future payments.
• Click ‘Update Information’ to save your changes.
